Public beta

The public beta is a live service that is still being improved using real-world feedback.

What beta means

• Features and wording may change as usability evidence is collected.
• A job provider can return fewer results or no suitable results for a particular search.
• Vacancy information can change after it has been retrieved.
• Generated documents require a careful human review before use.

Job Seeker Copilot should support your job search, not become its only source. Continue to check employer sites and other suitable services, and follow the authoritative vacancy instructions.

Reporting a problem

Send reproducible problems and accessibility feedback to support@jobseekercopilot.com. Screenshots are useful when they do not expose private information.

If the problem concerns a payment, include the approximate time and the Stripe receipt or payment reference if available, but never send a full card number or security code.
