Password help

Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen and submit the email address associated with your account. Check spam or junk folders if the message is not in your inbox. For your security, support will not ask you to send a password, login cookie, card number or API key.

Privacy and account controls

Read the current privacy notice for details about personal data, service providers, retention and your rights. Account export and deletion controls are available through the authenticated application where applicable.

Payments

Stripe hosts card entry during checkout. Do not send card information by email or through the contact form. Payment receipts are sent using the contact details supplied during checkout.

Contact support

When reporting a problem, include what you were trying to do, the approximate time and the text of any error. Do not include passwords, cookies, complete payment details or sensitive document contents.
