Generations and payments¶
What one generation means¶
One successfully delivered tailored CV uses one document generation. One successfully delivered tailored cover letter also uses one generation. A complete CV and cover-letter set therefore uses two generations.
No generation is used for:
- uploading your own document;
- a failed or cancelled generation;
- an internal retry or replay; or
- normal searching, matching, tracking, editing, storage or downloads.
Public-beta packs¶

Starter, Active and Power are one-off purchases, not subscriptions. There is no automatic renewal. Job Seeker Copilot is not VAT registered and VAT is not charged under the current public-beta seller configuration.
Buying a pack¶
When signed in, open the document-balance control in the header. On a smaller mobile screen, use Get packs or Packs. Review the pack and immediate-supply acknowledgement, then continue to the secure Stripe-hosted checkout.
Your balance is credited only after the payment is confirmed. If checkout is cancelled or fails, retry the same safe attempt from the payment page rather than opening repeated checkouts.
