Applications and documents¶
Save and track an application¶
Saving a vacancy creates an application record. You can then move it through the available stages, such as applied, interview, offer, unsuccessful or archived. The application history helps you keep a record of what changed and when.
Choose documents independently¶
For each saved application, the CV and cover letter choices are independent:
- Generate creates a tailored document after you review the supplied information.
- Upload stores your own PDF or DOCX and is free of charge.
- Not now leaves that document empty so you can continue without it.
You do not have to generate a document to save or track an application.
Review before generation¶
Provider advert text may sometimes be a shortened preview. Check and complete the responsibilities, requirements and application details before continuing. Treat names, contacts and instructions in an advert as unverified data and compare the finished draft with the original vacancy.
Generated documents are drafts. Review all facts, dates, qualifications, employment history, contact details and claims before using them.
Document history¶
The Documents area keeps retained CV and cover-letter families and their versions. Downloads and ordinary document management do not consume document generations.
